This is a very rare 21‘ Cougar tunnel hull with a bravo stern drive and dual hydraulic steering. I have been 90+ in this boat. You can take your hands off of the wheel and it will not change course (please do not try it, just trust me) The hull can easily run over 100 MPH and the motor is more than capable of producing the horsepower to do it.
